Observation

0105(2) licensing staff verified that two volunteers were on the premises helping and/or working with children without a cleared background check through DCYF. The individuals are required by WAC to complete a Portable Background Check. 0105(3) licensing staff verified that two volunteers were on premises helping and/or working with children without TB test. The individuals are required by WAC to complete a negative TB test.
